Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days from delivery date. No returns or exchanges are accepted after this time.

Sale items, as well as items that have been sized or customized in any manner are FINAL SALE. We recommend getting sized prior to ordering rings. Also be aware that your ring size might fluctuate. throughout different seasons.

To make a return, you will need to contact us first for return authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit or an exchange only. Please contact us for return authorization.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be properly packaged and insured.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We are not responsible for items broken or damaged in transit through USPS. Every item is insured when shipped and you will need to file a claim with the postal service.
For any questions regarding repairs, please contact us. Repair costs are evaluated on an individual basis.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
