ART SCHOOL Full Package

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 

• One Weekly Online Meeting (except on the in-person workshop week): 
  
  • 2 hours long online class Saturdays at 10 am EST
  • Recording of the live class will be available if not able to attend live
  • During class there will be a live demo
  • A homework assignment will be given weekly to help practice new concepts (use your painting medium of choice for the paintings)
    
  • We will cover new concepts such as linear perspective, drawing for painting, how to key a painting, compositional types and considerations, etc.
  • Students will be able to suggest topics of discussion
  • There will be time for personal feedback and review of work and assignments
  • Q & A time
  • $100 value

• One In-person Workshop (monthly): 
  • 4 hour workshop-style class on the last Saturdays of the month starting at 10 am EST instead of the online meeting for that week
  • Location will generally be in the Annapolis, Maryland area
  • The workshop will include a 30 min topical painting demo
    
  • Location and topics of these classes will vary and suggestions are welcome 
  • $100 value

• Fundamentals of Painting: 
  • Access to the instructional videos and homework assignments of the class
  • Access to the recorded zoom meeting and demos
  • $125 value

Additional one-on-one instruction time may be purchased HERE to supplement the group classes.

NOTE:  In order to receive the prorated monthly price it is required to commit to a minimum of 6 months paid monthly (not all at once). This weekly class is built on the ideas expressed in Fundamentals of Painting and it is HIGHLY recommended (but not required) to review this class before or in conjunction to joining the weekly sessions and workshop.

MISSION: This interactive ART SCHOOL was created to help aspiring artists to further their knowledge of key concepts in art. There may be many options for online art instruction, but we saw a need to create an option that gives students clear instruction, individual attention, guidance, mentorship, and an encouraging community along the journey of learning regardless of painting medium. We want to help guide students by creating helpful design and painting habits that will assist them in reaching their artistic goals. We have found great encouragement from our mentors and creative community and want to continue to pass that culture on through the interactive online meetings and local in-person workshops.
